Her aim is to encourage more and more people who are suffering from depression and suicidal tendencies. The meaning of self-love can be different

For different individuals, what is important is to be able to understand that and implement it as soon as possible. Taking good care of one’s own health and making sure that they find happiness in what they do and not do it just because it is required of them. Is one way of interpreting self-love.

Whichever the way might be. The ultimate result should always be that the individual is happy at the end of the day. Making others is happy is easier because knowing what makes them happy is easier.
